I was out fixing a computer last night and here's where the problems and solution
Windows 7 cursor freeze - after some research it was apparent this was only a happening when using Internet Explorer. So getting rid of IE and using Firefox was an easy solution.

How much would it cost to make 'MY' website ?
I recently got emailed a link to fairly simple website and asked how much it's cost to recreate. I thought the answer may be worth saving for the record.
The old 'how much is a website' question is a bit like asking 'how long a piece of string is. A better way to be honest is for me to tell you what you can do within the budget that you have for your website.
However if you're looking to keep the cost down then the following is a guide.
Things you'll need to buy.
Your Domain Name - £10 a year
Hosting - £4.99 a month
THE WEBSITE DESIGN:
At present I'm not quite sure about the design . However this style of website looks like a Wordpress website. They're fairly easy to use for 'Joe Public' and have a blogging style to them. I can set you up a webspace with the domain you want and add Wordpress for you ( no charge ) and send you some help files on how to set up a skin and pages etc. If you get stuck jump in a tidy up the design and anything you've struggled with. From scratch given a design I can do a website from £200 , so at worst it shouldn't cost anymore than that for a fairly simple website like this.
GOOGLE KEYWORDS LISTINGS
What I'd done for Sean was mostly work on the 'Google Organic Listings' and not Google Adwords but I can do both.
If you check the first image on this blog I wrote it shows where Google Adwords and the Google Organic searches are displayed http://www.littleripples.com/news/40-get-p30-of-free-google-adwords-advertising.html .
For the 'organic listings' I do a £25 a month budget where I monititor chosen key phrases and submit to all major search engines, site map, link build and give advice on improvements for search engine listings.
For Adwords listing I can offer £30s worth of free Google Advertising for a campaign. Setup is £25 and you'll need to put another £20 on the account. That makes £50 worth of Google Adwords advertising which should last 3 months if targetted properly. I have a couple of customers who are seeing some really good results from this method. For you we can aim campaigns at mobile devices - like smart phones and sat navs. And get your ad included on google Street Maps.

Google Engage hasn't excepted my Training Codes
Here's an easy one to solve, but in Google Engage you get to enter your Basic Training codes to be a Google Adwords Reseller and get some free coupons . However at first the system didn't want to except them - All I needed to do though was change the 'g' to a capital 'G' and hey presto :)

Setting up Multiple Accounts in Google Adwords
How to set up Multiple Accounts in Google Adwords
According to Google this should be as simple as
* Goto the link www.google.com/adwords/MyClientCenter and click on 'Sign up' from here.
However I then got the message 'The login djem1973@gmail.com is already an AdWords account. '
So I searched for 'can't open MCC account when I already have a Google Adwords account' which lead me to this post
How do you set up an MCC account from an existing Google Adwords
And apparently - An existing AdWords account can't be converted to an MCC account.
So this has lead me to using another Google account. Not ideal in my opinion. If you know different then let me know.

Report on Getting Premiership Football in the Pub – without using SKY
How can I show live premiership football in my pub without using SKY
Basically using the internet to show football isn’t realistic. It can be a bit of a game finding the best stream. Some can be low quality but they often stream better than the high quality ones.
Also showing live premiership on the internet in this country is illegal, which means Premiership Football TV providers have every right to highjack or close down connections if they find them out. If you're looking for ' Live Premiership Football ' for home use then you can try www.myp2p-forum.eu for several connections for the games but it's not suitable for Pub use.
Getting Foreign Satellite is legal for the broadcasters and thanks to court ruling on Karen Murphy who won her case against SKY to show Premiership Football Live its also not illegal for pubs either.
There is a fair bit of information online about how you can Watch Premier League football without Sky on a foreign satellite
Here’s a quick check list of what you need.
* a satellite dish ( moterised )
* a satellite receiver
* a universal LNB and cable
* a viewing card and cam
The most difficult bit here in my opinion is the Viewing Card . These are like the SKY Viewing Card. You’ll need to research what channels your after first before purchasing. Its not hard to find sites that offer the cards though. Here’s a couple

The other consideration I think need to be taken are.
* it’ll need to be motorised as you’ll need to point the satellite in different directions depending on the channel

ideally I think the best way would be to find a satellite installer who is known by people at the pub, who can oversee it all.
There are plenty of companies now who will do this all for you. Expect to pay around £45 a week. Which compared to SKY is small but compared to the overall layout of doing it yourself seems high.

How to add multiple Static FBML pages
Arrrggghhhh!!!
is it me or can Facebook Fanpage be a real effort to use sometimes. !
Anyway with Facebook Fanpage Apps you can't add more than one. What you can do though is add Static FBML 2, 3 etc.
You can see these apps on this link More Static FBML apps - However I the link for adding apps wasn't coming up - so heres the hack enter this URL but you'll need to change your the id and app id to what you want. I found the easiest way was to go in the edit screen of my existing Static FBML and then past the new app on the end. This post should help Solution for adding a number of FBML pages
