Timestamp to 0000-00-00 00:00:00 format

here's a quick note on this code; as what worked for me is slightly different to what I've found online

$timestamp = '1410126126';

$datestring = gmdate("Y-m-d H:i:s", $timestamp);

echo $datestring;
